I'm not just a coach who understands public service. As a former elected official, I've lived it. Thirteen years across all three levels of government taught me everything the job description doesn't mention. The politics. The burnout. The loneliness of caring more than the system seems to. And the quiet, stubborn belief that it doesn't have to be this way.
That experience, combined with seven years of coaching over 70 clients, is what I bring to every conversation.
I'm a New Ventures West Certified Integral Coach, ICF credentialed, and a graduate of the Teleos Leadership Development Program. But more than any credential, I know your world from the inside out.
